I originally commented that the ban was invalid because Gmod did not have valid evidence for placing the ban. Apparently I missinterpreted the hacking policy and confessions can be seen as valid evidence for bans (kinda bullshit to be honest but ah well), however after speaking to Gmod I have decided to lock the post again.

On Teamspeak he told me the following:Gmod purposely lied to the user to get them to admit so he could punish them for something they very easily couldn't have done. Considering recent events between him and Morgan, as well as the fact that besides a very dodgy confession there was no actual proof of the user hacking, I have decided to lock this post once more. Using these disgusting tactics is never allowed and is even against the law in many countries across the globe.
