Since I heard para was there as Well I will talk to him and make the decision to overrule this and remove the kick. From all I have heart you guys pushed this user into "admitting" and due to his poor english and understanding of the policy ( even if he doesn't admit you still need to be kicked) this is probaly a false kick. You guys also have zero proof to back up your claims against this user.
