Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM: Killing somebody for no RP related reason.
Lil' timmy, walks up, and shoots timantha in the face for no reason, and she died.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
Returning to the place of death, before said time is up.
Lil' Timmy gets shot in the face in his base. Once re-spawned, he returns back to his base in 10 seconds.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I'd ask both players there side of the story, check damage logs to see if player X shot first, if not, warn player Y for RDM

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I'd ask player Y what NLR is, if he doesn't know, I'd explain it to him. Either way, I'd end up warning them for breaking NLR.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I've had lots of experience in DarkRP. I've helped run a community for I'd say a good 1.5 years, but then the owner sold it to a kid with lots of money, who ruined the server beyond belief. I've been the owner of a MilitaryRP server before, ran it for about a month, realized it wasn't my thing, and had to hand the owner ship back to the person paying for it. I'm not extremely strict when I'm on duty, but if I find somebody breaking the rules, I will enforce them.(98) The ranks I've been on for the server I've been staff on, are: Staff Manager, Owner, and Admin.
