Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I`ve been a Moderator for a bit nowish. And I`ve seen my fair share of stuff in that time. From racists to rulebreakers Like today, Me and _Matt_ dealt with 2 people who were mass rulebreakers and LTAPPERS. We eventually ended up temp banning them for 1 hour. I`ve enjoyed being Moderator so far. So I`d like to kick it up a notch and be able to help with Scams, Propblocks etc.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
Well, One time I came across a user who was new to the server. I thought nothing of it until he started to RDM, Break NLR And RDA. I first brought him up to a roof where he wouldn`t respond to me and try to run away, I eventually freezed him and had a little chat. He then proceeded to call me a few names that are a bit unpleasant so I wont say. Then he left the game and never came back as of today.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player x, You seem really apologetic and I have had a chat with the Admin that banned you and we`ve decided that we are going to reduce your ban to 1 week


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): Some days I`m mad, Some days I`m mr nice guy. I`ve enjoyed my experience as a Moderator on Zarp so far. So I`d enjoy to kick my job up and become an admin to help out in Scams, Propblock etc. It would also be alot easier for me to bring people into sits, via Physgun. It would also be easier to deal with RDMers and RDArs. By using Jail, I`d be able to jail them for 5-10 mins depending on what they have done to cause their jail. I`m mostly active on S1, however becoming more active on S2 and S3. I`ve come across situations that were not for my role and I get kinda sad because I`d like to help out in that situation. Sometimes, there are no admins online to sort out a propblock or scam leading me to not being able to help. Overall, I`d enjoy becoming an administrator here at Zarp SSRP and we`ll see what happens in the future,

[color=#44ffff] You are a new Moderator for Zarp Gaming SSRP. I`m here to teach you the new commands etc etc. So, Let`s start with Kick: This will kick the user. Once in the kick screen, the user has an optional choice to leave. If the user does not leave, You will have to write a reason on why you kicked them. E.g Player x was Mass RDMing in spawn and refused to stop after numerous warns. You kick him and write this message 'Join back when you decide to stop Mass RDMing in the spawn'. Next is Mute Chat: This will stop the user from typing in chat, This is mostly used for disrespect and racism. Coming in is Rapsheet, where you can check peoples, bans, Kicks, Warns and Mutes. This is mostly used to check how many recents they have. Now is the stuff you`ll use the most. Unban from job is a command that you will most likely NOT use in your time of being a Moderator. This is used when an Administrator has banned a user from a certain job E.G Player X, Was banned from The Police job for Mass RDA. The user seems apologetic and is sorry for his actions, You ask if the admin that banned the user from the job is online, if he isn`t, you may then Unban him. Next is Freeze, this one is pretty self explained, It freezes a user, Mostly used for people running away from sits. Next Is slay, used it a mutant is carrying a gun. You may then slay them if you want to log the Mutant Carrying a Gun on the system. Next is Mute Globally. This is used for when someone is Mic Spamming and people are making complaints. Next is goto, You simply go to the player. Now Is bring, You bring the player to yourself. Before doing this however, you must ask them if they are In RP, if they are wait 5 minutes before asking again. Lastly is Back, you`ll use this to bring yourself or another player back to spawn or their last location, mostly used after sits.
