Personally I don't feel that you are ready for super admin at this moment in time. Firstly your F1 count isn't as high as we expect from someone applying for super admin. On top of this I feel that your input within the meetings is lacking. Strong meeting input is one of the most important aspects of becoming a super admin, so make sure you improve on that one.

At the moment I feel that your ability to handle sits and deal with situations is good, and you have a fair amount of experience within the staff team. However I feel that you desperately need to work on the points that I have provided, if you do that then I can see you becoming a good candidate in the future.
