I have reviewed your original topic and the new one under the correct format to obtain the full story so I could come with the correct conclusion. And I must say the evidence is rather lacking, and does not support your report very well as you said he killed you because: "he thought I shot him basically" were your words. Now you definitely took his words out of context because in the evidence you provided he said himself that you walked over an un id'd body "I got shot, turned around and I see you walk past an un id'd body." Which very obviously implies he killed you for not identifying the body!

And you accuse him of trying to confuse in the report but in these chat logs I was able to very easily find out what he was saying, and don't see any intents to mislead you at all. You asked him if he remembered where he killed you, so you the said it was outside the t room and he replied by outside you mean more towards the beach to prove he knew where it was, which obviously means the beach directly to the right of the t room, and then you started accusing him of trying to confuse you. Next, on the fact that you stated that "you didn't see any unidentified body so therefore it could't have happened." However, that is typically the reason an innocent wouldn't identify a body is because they don't see it, regardless that is still a kos reason and he was justified to kill you.
Next time I would record the actually RDM to prove you didn't walk past unidentified body. This report is
