I'd like to know what makes you believe I can't handle confrontation, as many others have said I am mature with how I deal with situations, also I am definitely here in the long run. I have dealt with much worse things than a little bullying online; and it is highly unlikely such thing will cause me to leave. I am committed to playing and helping out this server for as long as I can, and I hope in time you'll be able to see that.

I've seen Lucy handle confrontation on PropHunt. Also if you think that her attitude is bad then I don't know what you have been doing on server to see bad attitude. Lucy has good attitude aswell.

Thank you Annie, Denis I would like proof of me confronting issues badly. Cause as far as I; and others are aware, I am mature and my responses to confrontation are justifiable and fair. I was requested to apply for this rank as people believe I am already ready for this. Also Paramontana isn't part of this application, and me hanging out with him has nothing to do with any negative behaviour I may display. You say I cant handle confrontation because you were following me around on teamspeak (Which mind you is against the rules) I changed channels several times because I was waiting for someone to come on and I couldn't move to a spacer. I had to get others involved to stop you and since then you have had a negative effect of me. I am not bad with confrontation, I have dealt with more than I have on most servers in the past 3 weeks alone, and I've still remained mature.

If you do have evidence of me not handling confrontation well'; please attach it in your next response.

I clearly don't have evidence of you not handling confrontation and I don't even get how you think it's reasonable to expect me to provide proof of actions on Teamspeak when you can't record on Teamspeak. I couldn't care less about what "you and others" think about you since in your case "others" only refers to people you like or are friends with since you don't bother to try to communicate with anyone who might be negative in the slightest. On top of this I don't appreciate your accusation that I was "following you around" on Teamspeak since I just straight up wasn't but maybe you see things a bit differently from others. And if you couldn't stop me yourself with WORDS then you have clearly just provided an example of not being able to deal with confrontation yourself. The whole point of my post was to show that instead of using powers and calling higher ups to use their powers you should be able to deal with my "negativity" towards you by yourself. And I'm assuming that in the last part of your response you are accusing me of holding a grudge so let me just tell you like I said I did not have a problem with you but now I do and I know the only way you can think of dealing with this problem is calling a higher up to deal with it for you.

Let me just reiterate that you provided proof for me of your poor skills when handling confrontation when you stated that instead of asking me to stop doing whatever I was doing or attempting to talk to me you "had to get others involved" showing you are incapable of handling it without use of powers or higher ups. If I use Raeker as an example again he single handedly managed to stop 5 people ban evading and trolling on Teamspeak with his WORDS by SPEAKING to them while all the other Teamspeak staff just kept banning them which solved nothing. I hope you try to learn from what I'm telling you instead of block out any constructive criticism since ultimately it will make your job easier if you listen to it.

I also still stand by my claim that you won't last 3 months and if you do last 3 months I'll give away all my pointshop points and SSRP items and money.

Firstly I didn't break any rules since I didn't get punished for it but you can keep making your false allegations love, and the reason I used Raeker as an example is since he doesn't "rage" at people instead he uses his brain and speaks to them and calms them down and meets a compromise, something which you clearly are unable to comprehend since you completely ignored my criticisms and repeated yourself yet again.

EDIT: This is the last response I will make on this application since I have voiced my opinion and clearly you are unable to accept it or at least TRY to learn from it.
