Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: In the short time I have been a moderator I have worked extremely hard to become more renown within the community as someone people can look to for help. In game, I have been helping people out as much as I possibly can; I mute, gag and warn people on almost an hourly basis for any type of rule breaking. I believe that I am more suited for an admin role however as I have been easily able to identify ghosters and hackers; yet had to wait for higher staff to come online to deal with the situation. I am fair with my punishments, yet also strict. I am trying to make the server a better place for those who play that follow the rules. I also have previous experience as higher staff on my own servers and others. I wish to help others as I am incredibly active within this server.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: The ban command would be appropriate if someone has continued hacking after being kicked, if they have ghosted more than 3 times (with warnings) or if they are being constantly racist/disrespectful. Although I believe the ban command should be used as a last resort.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Firstly, do not use bias to punish people who are breaking the rules. You cannot let friendship or mood affect how you treat someone. You will also be expected to monitor both text and vocal chat, with constant focus to ensure you catch any rule breakers. You cannot ban just yet, so please give at least 3 warnings to a player before getting higher staff involved. You are also expected to help players within the server; for example, telling them the controls to play, commands and making sure they know the rules.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
As it is their first ban, the appeal should be accepted. If they have put in great effort and is truly sorry for their actions I believe they should be given a second chance. Appeals that contain high amounts of detail and effort often means that they are unlikely to cheat again (as it would be a waste of time to go to such extents to be unbanned.) However, zero tolerance should be taken if they are caught cheating again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I believe that I should be an admin because I am already an involved and helpful member of the community. I am enthusiastic to help out in any way and I am keen to learn new skills to help me in my staff role. In my short time as a moderator on this server; I have already caught hackers, and been able to easily identify ghosters. I know I will be a great addition to the admin team as I am humorous, kind, and helpful; I also enjoy helping others. I am strict with the rules as to keep the servers as clean as possible and I have previous experience in this position (However it was on a different server) I am able to help moderators, as I often remind them of commands. I am always well prepared for whatever may come my way as a staff member. I have no previous warns, kicks or slays on this server and i am determined to stay that way. I am also active on the teamspeak and people can contact me whenever they need to for help.
