After discussing the warning with Diet I have come to the conclusion to deny the appeal. If you did not kill the user for being racist, then what reason did you kill them for? According to Diet himself you mentioned it multiple times, meaning that it can't possibly have been taken out of context.

Aside from that you were never warned for disrespecting the admin but for disrespecting the user. Either way disrespect is disrespect and so that will stay on your rapsheet, as well as the RDM.
