Hey man I know we have not had the best past but now I'm very physically fit from just basic workouts I can help you out if you put in some effort I know you got loads of courage and drive so you could do it

Quick 20-30 minute workouts/day
. Going outside and running may seem not so fun but trust me the outcome is the best so the majority will be running
1. Run for 5 minutes just simple jogging try breathing through your nose as your lungs will stay maintained with air not overbreathing or under breathing causing fast or slow breaths throwing you off balance just in through the nose out through the nose
2. Butt kickers (helps burn loads of calories in legs and stomach region) just 5 minutes of basic running/jogging with lifting your legs higher up towards your butt when running
3.High knees (more thigh/stomach calories along with core strength) these will get you real tired because they have a lot of affect so just basic 3-4 minutes of this.
4.Now is the easier part developing muscle to amount to weight loss so you don't become flimsy basic pushups just normal make sure your feet are together your butt is down and bring your body down hold for 5 seconds and up do this about 25 times which seems like a lot but develops strong tricep muscles
5. Try eating slightly healthier not to much where you are starving your body because that kills your internals but maybe your regular calorie income (around 2-3k) and maybe slow down increments getting your body slowly but surely used to eating less
6. If this seems like to much I understand I was in your shoes I even faced hardcore bullying and mental abuse but I just put in the effort and courage and if you do it you should drop weight feel better and stronger.

7. oh and 1 more thing don't expect a 1 night transformation to 6- pack and huge muscles but you will see and feel it
