That's quite an arrogant statement. You're supposed to work as a team, y'know. I try my hardest too, but that doesn't mean that I don't respect my fellow staff members for everything they do as well.

Rather than putting all of the other staff members on a pile of "They don't do their job properly" you could instead make a more positive statement. Preferably one that does not put the staff team in a negative light, thank you.
