Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Since im applying directly for admin this wont be needed, but the reason i am applying for admin directly is because being mod is a pain in the ass, without noclip, ban command, and physgun. Admin makes everything 10x times easier.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
for a example is when there is a mass rdmer or someone trying to like crash the server etc, i have to go to tab menu, find them and then freeze them. bring them to a roof. And a kick dosent always help since they can jsut rejoin. If i were to be admin i could just physgun him to a roof then use the ban command.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

But before you get your rank i/we will have to train you.
Ok if you press F1 you will get a menu up. "Admin Requests"-"Warnings"-"Logging"-"Active NLR".
The "Admin Request" is where you handle f1s. Im going to make a f1 and you going to handle it. Right click on it then press Handle. Ok now if you right click again you will see "Goto" "Bring" "Abort" "Finish F1". First of all when you handle a f1 you gonna press "Goto". And tell him that you are here for his F1, now ask him if it's ok to take him to a roof. Go to a roof and press "Bring" from the Admin Request menu or you can use the tab menu which i will show you later how that works.
When you are done with the sit you will type /back (His steam_id) and then finish the f1.
"Warnings" that is kinda useless, you wont be using that most of the time and will use the F6 menu instead because it is easier.

"Logging". This is where you see the logs, etc kill logs and things like that. You will use this alot during sits. Etc to check who killed someone and job switches and things like that. It will show everything almost.
"Active NLR" Basiclly shows who has nlr and where. Wont be needed so much but can be used sometimes.
Ok now we are done with the F1 menu.
Now if you press F6 you will get up a menu. You can etc select someone there to check their recents and active warnings, this will also be used alot when deciding what punishment the rulebreaker is going to get. Keep in mind you dont always have to warn the rulebreaker if they dont have any recents, you can jsut give them a verbal and if they do it again you can warn.
Now to the commands u can do.
/tp teleports you to the location ur cursor is at. I recommend making a command for it like this "Bind (button) "say /tp"¨. (you can also teleport others if u do /tp (steam id)
/warn (steam id) (reason) Use this to warn the player for rule breaks. always use steam id.
/unwarn (steamid) Use this if you wrongly warned.
/kick (steam id) (reason) Use this to kick players if they mass rulebreak. etc. Mass rdm. Mass rda. Trying to crash server with no admins on.
/freeze (steam id). Freezes the player if he tries to escape or just running around in a sit. also if they rdm in a sit. they cant shoot if they are freezed, or look around.
/goto (steam id) Teleports to the Steam id you entered.
/bring (Steam ID) Bring the player to you. always teleport to him first so you dont distract hes raid etc.
/slay (steam id) Kills player if they dont drop the gun as civ etc. (I recommend doing Silent) Because then it dosent distract others.
/backspawn (steam id) brings the player back to spawn. if he have nlr etc.
and if you use /// you can type to admin chat. try doing that. never leak information from admin chat to non staff.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
Because i truly think i will be a good staff member, and i really want to help zarp out at it current state. I have been a admin before and knows how to deal with stuff, and i helped out other mods in sits and things like that. Hopefully i regained enough trust to become a administrator on zarp again. I got demoted last time because i was being stupid and unbanned a guy that shouldn't been unbanned. I will take all criticism serious and will learn from it, so please tell me what i can improve since i really want to improve. I tried making this application as good as i could.
