I think you do a good job on the servers you staff, you handle things quite well, you are friendly and all round know what you are doing.

The only thing I think I can fault is that sometimes I see you get a bit stressed out when people start calling you abusive or if you lose your patience. I see this as partially gokd because it shows you do care for your rank, but also negative obviously as it can cause drama and things can escalate. So I think I am essentially adding to Xnator's point of wait for another week or 2 to prove your attitude is strong and will stay that way.
