Clarky and I have talked about it for a little bit about your punishment. A week for 10 recents is reasonable, and you just plain disrespecting him wasn't tolerable at all. You've been a complete "minge" when you were playing and broke many rules, hence your recents and you just didn't want to change your attitude at all. Next time, when you're unbanned and you keep breaking rules you will have your ban extended past a week.

If you want another try at an appeal, do it later in the week. What you've done isn't tolerable and clearly warrants a ban, showed by your behavior also.
