The only thing I agree on is with the teamspeak activity and a bit of the meetings, the rest of what you've all said is alright and I understand parts of it but I rarely see you much in-game Morgan due to you being in America which sort of affects your point of view on me, but you have seen me a few times. I'm sorry but I know myself I've improved a ton since a few weeks ago! Thanks for the feedback.

By the end of this week I think I can get myself ready for the position!
