Kill logs for players - I can see how it would be useful but, as you said "If you are RDM'd with gluon" there are no refunds for RDM. Do you would just be reporting RDM as if you didn't know who killed you.

Under the Map detector - If the undermap zone can only be a bow and not custom areas this would conflict with underground areas on S1 and S2. S2 had varying elevation throughout the whole map. This would give off the signal that anyone in Mines on S1 or Disco on S2 would be under the map.

In my opinion both of these seem like more problems would be created then solved. I was at school when posting this and thought of some quick examples. I'm sure there are many more that exist.
