Evidence:

When the prop is destroyed there is no prop anymore
when the prop is there that means there is one prop.
There is no rule that denies this and if a HA disallows it then it's a gray area and not in the rules.
Me, HellForce and Clarky had told you already this is allowed yet you still report me just to make me look bad.

I actually asked three of the lead team members about this and got three different answers
