Firstly, positives. You're very active on the server, maintaining a strong report count and getting involved with jobs outside of the server, such as reports, appeals, and the spreadsheet for meetings, showing your dedication. Your application is also very detailed. Overall, you do the job of administrator very well. However, beyond that, while you do that job very well, you don't show a large amount of willingness to take on further tasks needed for SAs.

In-game, in situations, you mentioned that you report abusive staff members to a LT member. In situations like this, however, before doing such, you should take control and make them aware of what they're doing wrong, to show your leadership skills. Your leadership doesn't particularly stand out to me, so if you can improve on this, you have my support.

Also, if my memory serves me correctly, there was a situation in which you were confused about the rule relating to pronounceable names. While this is a relatively minor rule, you still need to make sure you fully understand every part of the rules.
