Coutinroy, this is a completely valid official warning without a shadow of a doubt. Your attitude recently towards Onion and myself has been horrendous. When I attempt to mitigate the situation you give me a load of shit, and consequently do nothing in attempt to resolve it. You told me to keep out of your personal issues, and that you would deal with it. However, you did nothing in the way of dealing with the situation, and we nearly lost a lead team member because of your actions. There is no way on earth that you didn't know what you did wrong, but yet had too much pride to admit to it, and man up and apologise.

On top of the harassment of Onion, you have harassed multiple users in-game, leaving them in situations for well over 20 minutes, which is absolutely disgusting. No matter what someone does on the server they should still be treated with respect, especially when you have no proof of their wrong doing. Harassing a user into admitting something isn't acceptable, yet you continued to do it after me and Morgan spoke to you about it.

Overall, if you can't see how this warning is valid then your doing something majorly wrong. Your actions recently have been unacceptable and if you can't see that and admit to it then you need to change something. You have had an adverse affect on the lead team recently and should accept you have done something wrong and apologise for it.
