Story/Situation
Harassing users in-game: This reason of the official warning is the minor one. I was given this due to 2 situations in-game while dealing with blatant hackers in sits that took some time.
In the first sit, I was dealing with a hacker we will call Billy. Now I was sent to Server 2 to by a HA to deal with Billy who was blatantly cheating on the server with undetectable hacks. He was not trying to hide his hacks in anyway, he was just having some fun Mass RDMing and such. A few days prior he was kicked for hacking. Now I had no recording of him obviously cheating, so I decide to confront him about it. I bring him to the Server 2 spawn roof and speak to him, the sit goes on for a good 40 minutes where he finally admits to cheating and said what cheats he was using, in which I followed with banning him permanently for cheating. He gets unbanned the next day by fellow Head Admins because he was "harassed" and 2 days later gets caught again by Morgan and gets his deserved ban.
The next situation is a guy that was as well blatantly hacking with his buddy on Server 1, both mutants Mass RDMing with guns. Now his buddy was caught due to having some visuals on his screen, whereas this guy denied hacking. The sit went on for some 20 minutes (I was dealing with him and his friend at the same time) where I proceeded to ban him for a bit over a week for Mass RDM and using guns as a mutant. I brought him up in the meeting yesterday with the evidence I had of him cheating, and they saw that the sit went on for some time hence how they know.

Now as a Super Admin I have seen higher ranking members (HAs) dealing with hackers in sits that lasted well-over an hour. I do not see the problem with it when someone is blatantly cheating on the server and lying about it constantly. If he wants to waste our time catching him hack then being in a somewhat long sit is nowhere near a problem.

Holding personal grudges with Onion Rings: Now this here is the major part of the warning and what is very wrong and generally false accusations.
The main thing mentioned when I was being given my official warning is what happened on the WhatsApp with OnionRings. Onion might have been offended by it but he made a huge deal out of something uncalled for.


After this I was confronted about it by Captain on TeamSpeak where he urged me to go and apologize to OnionRings about what I said, which at first I thought was not needed until I realized how much Captain insisted. So I told him to stay out of it and that I would deal with it myself, which lead to him saying I have a bad attitude and him leaving. I tried to get Onion on the TeamSpeak to talk to him because I knew very well that it was far beyond what happened on the WhatsApp. There was a problem.
Another thing mentioned is the TeamSpeak situation. Before I got demoted from TS Onion used to go around saying "I'm bringing you up for demotion" and "I'm get you demoted" and things along those lines. When I received my demotion people started harassing OnionRings blaming him for my demotion, but apparently something I had nothing to do with is my fault and I should have went and spoken to those people (didn't know who, they were many) and tell them not to do it as the whole team voted upon me demotion.
After I got my official I finally get ahold of OnionRings on the TeamSpeak and discuss the situation with him. Summing it all up he thought I held a personal grudge with him because of my demotion on TeamSpeak, which is obviously a false accusation. Everyone that knows me knows very well I am not the type of person that would hold a grudge over another, especially when there is no reasoning behind it. He says that I have a problem with him (which is not true) and that for the past month I had not listened to a single thing he said. I only ignored him when he asked me not to use soundboards because I was told I can by higher-ups. Funny thing is a few hours before that I was discussing something with Onion where he says his points and while I was stating mine he completely ignores me and leaves the spacer, which is disrespect. He says I never listen to anyone and that I do not take shit in, which is obviously not true as I would have been demoted by now if that is the case. He claims I am immature which I believe he bases on the fact of me using is soundboard; pretty much having a laugh as a high ranking staff member is immature. Then says I troll the meetings, which I have done very few times at the request of others, I cannot go into detail due to NDA. Looking at everything he says it seems that he does not like me and holds a grudge against me while thinking I do so.



Extra Information
I think the warning is very unfair and not needed, hence why I am appealing it. They pretty much claim I have personal issues with OnionRings because he says so basing it off of the fact that people went around saying he demoted me with me not being related to those things said in any way.
