I understand why you would think this, and I do somewhat agree that I may be less experienced than other candidates currently. However, I think it's other areas of my staffing that truly make me a strong candidate, a lot of which are more behind the scenes.

No cus experience is the main reason to really get a lead team position that and to show leadership and neither of these u have really shown so there is 100% better candidates

My leadership capabilities are often shown to their fullest extent in staff chat/meetings.

But not at all on the server so tbh u are clearly not ready

I show very strong leadership capabilities on and off the server, I'd actually consider it one of my strongest points.
