Why Me?

I have been Super Admin on the server for about 3 months give or take a week. I believe this shows I have experience being a lead team member and have dedication to the server. I am a generally likable person and people usually enjoy me as a a staff member as I am not to harsh of a staff member nor am I to forgiving of other people, which is a good thing in my opinion. I want to be able to help the server as much as possible, and I believe I would be able to help even more as a Head Administrator.

Activity

I am very active on the server, and I will keep getting more active as the school year goes along as the work loads start to lighten up. But at the moment I try to play AT LEAST an hour a day on the server, but even if I am not on the server at the time, I am almost always on my computer doing work for school in the afternoons, and I always answer people on steam and come on the server when people ask me to due to a mass rulebreaker or hackers, which happens quite frequently. Essentially, I am on the server almost everyday and when I am not I am always available and willing to come help if someone approaches me for assistance.

Trust

I am a very trusted staff member in the community. I am currently a Super Admin on TTT and have been so for a few months and have received no abuse reports on the forums. I have also been Super Admin on the Murder Server(resigned), I am currently Teamspeak Staff, and I used to be a Prophunt Moderator(resigned). I believe this shows I can be trusted with power and can handle it as I have not abused on any of the servers I have been staff on.

Communication

Whenever I am home from school and working on my computer I am on teamspeak and on Steam so people can contact me if they need to. I am always available to answer questions or help with issues on the server when I am asked. I believe my activity on teamspeak, steam, and the forums allows me to help out users at times that other staff members can't.

Attitude

I think I have a very likable attitude both in game and outside of game. I am not always super serious about everything, and I know when I can joke around with other people and when I can't. I believe this is an important trait when being a high ranking staff member, as it makes interacting with users a lot simpler as they like to talk to you and don't always try to pick a fight with you when you are discussing a situation. When dealing with a situation on the server or with another staff member, I always approach the situation as calmly and kindly as possible and try to come to the most peaceful solution possible.

Timezone

My timezone is a very large positive and it also has a few negatives I am going to outline all of those things. School is starting very soon in Europe and the other Lead Team members are not going to be able to be online late at night when I am and I have already started to see the effects of that. For example, I have had staff members and users approach me about accidental punishments that were proved by both parties, and I can not remove the punishments from their rapsheets as I am an not a Head Admin, so I tell them to contact a Head Admin when one is online, but because they play in my timezone it is a paradox and they can never get rid of the warning and days pass until they can get it finally removed. I believe I would be able to help a lot more with the abilities of the Head Admin when no other Head Admins can be online. I would therefore be able to cover the times that no other lead team members can to the best of my ability with the Head Admin Rank. Some might say this would be a negative as I would not be able to help at other times of the day due to my timezone, but there are at least three other Head Admins that would be able to cover that time, and I can cover the times they can't.

Thanks for reading my application! I am open to CONSTRUCTIVE feedback, so I would appreciate not being attacked, but I can take the criticism! Thanks to all those that support me and the people that urged me to apply!

I realize that we currently have more Head Admins than Super Admins so we don't require many more, I am mainly posting this for general feedback for me to improve as a Super Admin, so any comments would be appreciated!
