There is no such rule, except if you're the raider.

As far as I can tell, there's clear proof of Sneakyy Frog being unwilling to leave the base after the raid is over "because he wanted to see the guy break NLR" (rulebreaks do not permit other rulebreaks). There is no SteamID proof but the user in question has practically confirmed that it is his account (though I'd recommend for whichever staff member that's handling this to double check with a lead team member)

Prop block, NLR as well as raid timer were all broken by this user. I just wish you had gotten SteamID evidence :/
