Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Player x shoots player z for no reason at all

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: Player x gets killed by player z, player x are not allowed to enter the area and in anyway communicate with player z or somehow intervene with player z

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. i would be neutral to the situation and take consideration to what other players know and try to make the problem not occur again.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. same here. i would take in consideration to what other players know or just try to figure out if i can somehow determine the time to know if any rules was broken

Why I should be chosen : I have played on Sp00ns DarkRP for awhile. I have even enjoyed my time on Sp00ns so much that I have donated to the server just to keep it running and support the owner but that time is now over unfortunately. I truly think that I would make a great Mod because I have been an admin on many other servers. I have tons of experience dealing with other players (and yes hackers, the other server I was an admin on had a lot of hackers) and I would love to do so in Zarp DarkRP. even though I believe that the current admins are doing their job well, I know that alot of the admins are afk alot and also sometimes there are no admins on at all. I truly believe that I can help Zarp DarkRP in a very positive way!
