[SSRP Moderator] Toasted Toad's Application

Each week the number of apps they receive is huge, and every app goes through a voting cycle in the meeting each Saturday. It's not hard to make the app, all you have to do is copy the template I'll paste below, and fill it in with the answers.

Then your app will be reviewed in the meeting and you'll see whether you'll be accepted or not. I get that not too many people seem to be staffing the servers at the moment but this is due to school starting again, and nobody then really has that much time to staff the server.
