Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
How my time being moderator contribute to me becoming a admin is by understanding the community in a different perspective and understanding the struggles that some staff members go through.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
A difficult situation I encountered when i was Moderator was when people didn't cooperate with the sit, they would just run away, kill you or just ignore the sit in general, making the sit difficult to handle.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
If I was to write a Facebook post to train a moderator i would say that people will not like there final punishment that you give them, as-well people will say cruel and harsh things about you and the victim. Moderator is a difficult task to handle because you are very limited with the punishments you can hand out and when things get out of hand it takes forever to find their name in the tab menu and get their steam ID and freeze them, as a Admin your life as a Zarp staff member is much more easier and less stressful.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would first contact the person that banned them first and ask them if they deserve a second chance considering its their first ban. If the person agrees with me then he would get unbanned. If the person disagrees with me and thinks they deserve that ban. Then that decision is final and would stay.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be promoted to SSRP Admin because it would benefit the server greatly. My goal is to aim for 200 f1s every week. Many occasions, people needed to be banned because of mass RDM, RDA etc. And sometimes there is no admin on to handle situation like this so i would have to kick the player but they would keep coming back and rule break. As-well the jail system would help a lot because some people just don't learn there lesson when they get warnings after warnings. So the jail system would help that person think about what to do and what not to do and hopefully he makes the right decision and stops rule-breaking.
