And even if we did know their name, what would it do? That user paid for the OBC. We can't punish them for playing the game, no matter how annoying it might be.

The only thing that could possibly be done is that the OBC can't be used in two concecutive rounds, but even that would cause more issues thatn it would solve.

As far as I'm aware this hasn't been an issue before. Unless this would happen more often I do not believe a fix is needed.

If they're innocent then it's blatant mass RDM. Nothing more, nothing less. And VERY extreme mass RDM at that. Game-destroying mass RDM.
