I asked him to spectate me and give me tips, and he actually helped me whilst I was in the sit by sending me messages as well as interupting when things got a little out of hand or when the sit experience for the user could be improved.

Heck, I've hardly seen a time when he wasn't helping - staff kept asking him for assistance in Admin Chat, and every time he'd at the very least respond and help if he could.

Your Teamspeak and Forum activity is good as well (although I won't lie: when was the last time you handled an appeal or a ban request? If it's recent please ignore my comment, I've probably looked over it) so the only thing that I can think of that might hold you back is your attitude in the meetings. I'm unsure whether it's good or bad so I can't make a judgement, I'm just stating that it could possibly be a point of interest.
