I have fixed your application. Whilst doing so I noticed how some of your answers to the questions were extremely lacking. "I would do it how others would do it" and "I would warn player x" are not very descriptive. I would like to see you improve your answers by going into more detail. What do you see other staff do? They handle sits. How do they habdle sits? Describe that instead, rather than saying "I'll just do what they do".
