Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I've been a moderator for a long time, I've done a lot of F1's and I've done these across all three servers. I've learned a lot as a moderator such as how to use the commands and what to do in what situation. I've helped a lot of people during my time as a moderator, and this to the best of my abilities.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
As a moderator it's not rare to encounter issues that you can't deal with. For example,
★A player that's breaking rules which you'd need to spectate to actually see him breaking the rules.
★People with no intention to RP or play the game by the rules which need a ban.
★Someone who will repeatedly cause issues, such as Mass RDM and Mass RDA
.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello "Name", congratulations on becoming a moderator on the Zarp SSRP servers! This post will contain all the information you'll need to help us keep the SSRP servers clean from rule breakers!

You can use /warn [Name/SteamID] [Reason]
If people break rules you'll have to use /warn. This is a warning to the player telling them not to break rules again, make sure you do watch their rap sheet to check if they've been warned for it before. And if they have an excessive amount of warnings for the same reason that is recent (recent warnings last 2 weeks from the day given) they can get banned by an admin for it. If you warn the wrong person by accident you can use /unwarn [name/steamID] to take the warning back.

You can use teleporting commands.
These commands are easy to learn. most often sits are required to be put on roofs, to get here you can use your teleport commands. You can also use them for the following: Bringing people to your sit; going to people seeing if they're available; backing them to their position after the sit. There are a few different Tp commands I'll explain below.
★ /tp [SteamID] : This allows you to tp yourself or the targeted person to your cursor's location
★ /bring [SteamID] : This brings the targeted player to you.
★ /back [SteamID] : This brings the player back to their last position before getting teleported
★ /goto [SteamID] : This brings you to the target player.

Also you have access to /freeze [SteamID/Name]
This will allow you to freeze people, freezing people will make them unable to: move, shoot, look around or to be killed.
You freeze someone if they're in the process of RDMing RDAing etc, or if they keep running from your sits. Don't forget to unfreeze someone you've frozen, as otherwise they'll be stuck.

You can as a mod Use the "Logs"
To access the log you can press F1, then go to the logging tab. The logs contain all sorts of useful information such as kills, deaths, car scraps etc.
The logs are there to assist you in sits, you can see who killed who in case of an RDM.
However Keep in mind that the logs aren't all the proof you need. Make sure you do always get players their stories first and if they don't check out make sure you do ask for proof.

Random TIP: Instead of names, use SteamID's. People with similar names can be targeted by a single command, which is something you don't want to happen, so it's best to learn yourself from the start "Use SteamID's"

Admin keypad checker
If you equip the "Admin keypad Checker" you'll be able to see what keypad is linked to what prop, if they're linked at all. This tool is something you can use to validate the use of fading doors. And you'll be able to use it to check if the keypad lasts 4 seconds. However, keep in mind that keypads can be 0.01 seconds but instead run with a toggle door, which is not displayed by the tool itself.

F1 System
Instead of being able to make a report whilst pressing F1 you'll now see a brand new menu, this menu contains all the F1's submitted by players which are yet to be handled. They display the time, name, and the reason of the F1's. You can take reports in here, mark them as finished and quickly teleport to players.

Tab
If you press tab, then select a player (like you've most likely done before) You'll now see a few commands that are at your disposal in there. Pressing any of the fancy new buttons you see will allow you to use that command quickly on the player, instead of having to type it in chat. This also makes it impossible to target the wrong person (as long as you have the right one selected dummy)

Admin Chat
If you type @[message] you'll now type in admin chat! Admin chat is only visible for other admins/moderators this is to share information such as verbal warnings you'll give and other information, it's not your diary though so don't use it for that type of shit.

ETHOS
The Zarp ETHOS, basically says don't be a bitch. You'll have to do stuff according to guidelines. You need to start with a verbal warning or a warning (depends on your feeling and the impact the rule break had) then go on with another warning, and if you need to a jail (Ask an admin for this). Then eventually you can ask the people to ban them.

Random tip #2 Don't trust players by their word, always ask users for proof unless they admit to breaking rules. If both stories are different it's obvious that one of the two is lying, then proof will be your only way out

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

1) You can't handle your own appeals, but in case you can (just to awnser the question look at 2)

2)

Hello! Playername!
After looking at your appeal, and after contacting the admin we've decided to accept your appeal!

OP1: Your ban has been reduced to TIME
OP2: You will be unbanned!

The policy specifically states administrators, that means HA and SA supersede that and are allowed to handle any appeal they feel the need to.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Old version reworked
I've been a moderator for about 2 - 4 months total playtime. Since I became a staff member I've worked my ass off, and I've been doing a lot of F1's and I'll try helping people in any way I can. Some admins may have had a wrong picture of me in the past but I've changed ever since then. Staff used to tell me to keep doing what I was doing and I kept doing it the way I used to and to have more F1s and a lot more playtime.

New Version 6/9/17
I was recently enough demoted due to inactivity on SSRP. However not playing the game mode for a while made me realize how fun it was at times. I enjoy playing on the server still and it's a fun thing to do.

I've played across the week a bit and it was fun to do so, I'll gladly start helping out the server again once I do get the ability to do so.

I've had about a year of Lead team experience gathered over the time, and I've spent much more time on being staff in general. I'm sure I'll be up to the challenge of staffing the server, and it'll be a lot of fun to deal with some F1s, as some F1s will end up being hilarious. I mean, If I play on the server, I might as well put my past experience to use and help the server out in any way I can. Just like I have a few times before. It's a shame I wasn't accepted last (this) week though. Sadly some people will have to get away with rule breaks. Oh well.

NOTICE: This spoilers contents might be considered immature by some, but it's not meant in that way, in fact, it's the legit amount of people that broke rules that I was unable to record/punish.
(punish due to me not getting accepted)
