Clearer proof would be helpful for this report, but I understand that you can't really get much when you can't see when Bunny accesses the logs.
Considering Bunny's past history, this would be plausible to have happened, and if it is true, then the appropriate action should be taken, however there are many ways that this could be explained as him not having checked the logs to see that you killed people. If Bunny claims that this did not happen, and gives a plausible excuse for how this happened (for example cops using group chat), then without any proof showing that this was not the case, then not a lot can be done.
If Bunny claims that a cop did use group chat in order to alert him, then you could ask a Community Team member to check over the logs and see if this was the case or not.

Unfortunately, I doubt that anything will be able to be done based on this proof alone (unless of course Bunny were to admit to it or someone gave some proof which clearly showed that he did abuse the logs).
