Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I'd start by giving a warning to stop ("Stop spamming, this is your first warning, if you continue, i'll issue you with a gag/mute"). If they continue to ignore the warning, then I would proceed with the gag/mute.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Depending on severity of exploit, I would give them a warning to move, and not do it again. If they ignore the warning and carry on doing it, I would kick them with the reason attached to the kick. Continued used of exploit would warrant a ban.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting; Two or more friends on opposing teams to one another, telling each other where props are hiding to gain advantage to win the round (For xp, or betting points).

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Having been a moderator/admin for countless communities over my gaming 'career', I've acquired a lot experience that is needed to do the task. The main reason I've applied, is because the majority of the time I spend on the server, I very rarely see any moderators/admins, and thought I perhaps fill the plug for when there's not so many online. Having been a fairly active member on the server, I've become good friends with a lot of the regular players and even some of the mods.
