Also, the example of rule 1.1a you have used here only applies to TTT - on all other servers (I think, don't know if we removed it on PH and Murder yet but we should have) there is not a restriction on names with other characters (Except just a bunch of *s as that could be considered attempting to exploit to get a staff member to punish someone) such as Russian.
