Tell me where you asked if the raid was over? how do you know FLeX wasnt outside the Garage continuing the raid completely. There is no Given action timer they can take as long as they want as long as you don't give them a manually created Action Timer. There is no rule that states otherwise, unless a Super Admin+ gives their say on this Raid Timer wasnt broken as long as FLeX Defibbed.
