Hello Alphalyle! After looking through your report and evidence and talking to a Ex Head Admin Anna I have noticed that the moderator did, in fact, cause the player to feel disrespected and therefore leading to the report. I won't be bringing this up in the meeting, however, he will be spoken to about his actions and what he can say.
