No i do not know how to run one.

Mirx is a better owner and it's easy to run a gang just make a thread get a bunch of people in try to ally with top gangs and just wait for the money and gang loot to come in then just kick the bad players. Mirx was a better owner because he didn't let klum invite people just because they paid him

Kulm was never the commander.

Not to mention you clearly don't know how to run a gang as you tried making one and no one wanted to join.
