You are a good candidate for SA and you application is very good as well as your activity. You are very friendly in game and always on teamspeak and willing to have a chat. You seem that you help other users out and that many people feel that they can contact you for help. You help the LT when it is needed and you are willing to help test content before it is put on the server. However, I feel like the LT does not need anymore staff members at the moment and that it is fine how it is, just wait a while to keep proving yourself and to make you an even better candidate for SA. Try and help with more training if possible and keep up the good work your doing, but keep trying to prove leadership skills through out that time. Furthermore, like with many staff members in the deathrun staff team I have encountered a few situations where you were not fulfilling your duties. On the other hand, I see you handle situations all the time and even when you need to go you continue to help out, especially when the server is in need. Overall, you are a good candidate for SA but I think you need to wait a while longer and improve on the mentioned negatives.
