Hello Pug! I have looked over your appeal and the evidence provided while also talking to a fellow admin that spectated the sit.(Gmod Troller) The warning was well deserved as you have recents and clearly were RDMing cops who made no attempt to arrest you, just because they are near you doesn't mean they will try to arrest you. if you look at it in a more role play reason they may value for their lives and run away as you are speeding around on amphetamine destroying everyone in your path. Also the staff member in question is allowed to punish how he sees fit and if he checked your recent punishments and noticed you have been punished recently he could of warned you because of that. I was also informed that during the sit you were quite hostile and wasn't picking up what the moderator was telling you. I do believe that due to you being quite hostile in the sit and having recent punishments that this appeal should be denied and this is also from other perspectives and help not just myself. I hope you understand how it was RDM and why you were warned and i would like to remind you that if you try fight it then you are probably more likely to receive the warning then if you cooperate. This has therefore been Denied!
