Based on the fact that you can clearly see that FLeX RDMed, since he is not allowed to restrict your access to the NPCs, and you clearly didn't say anything over mic, he will be warned for RDM and lying in a sit.
I would also like to remind you that your attitude in that sit was incredibly poor. You just kept telling Gmod to warn him, accusing him of being biased, and then you just told him to fuck off at the end. Make sure you are always being respectful, especially to those who are handling your F1s and trying to help.
