First off, I really like the application design, good work! I'll go through a few of the things I believe you can work on:

Meeting Activity

Try to more actively participate in meetings, it sounds simple and it is once you get into a groove with it for each application, but this goes a long way for lead team positions.

Teamspeak Activity

I feel you should spread around in the teamspeak and talk to more people including lead team, not just because they're lead team but because you genuinely want to talk.

Leadership

To be lead team you need to be a leader and role model for other staff, think of what you look up to in a staff member and mold yourself around that.
