Thank you guys so much for your opinions and feedback! Yes, you are right I need to be a little more active in TS and not just sit in a chat room. I do like to talk to people but I don't do it enough. I will start to hang out with people more and discuss things from today. Also the meetings, most of the time that I dont speak is because whenever I do everyone just starts to speak or it's just that I have nothing to say about candidates.
