I'm not posting on SA applications often (mainly because I don't vote on them) but I decided to give you my opinion anyways.

You're friendly guy who is eager to learn and grow, I often see you doing f1's and taking responsibility which is great as well as helping other staff members.
You're handling reports and appeals which is very good and will help you alot.

The only real thing I think you should "improve" on is stating your opinions more often in meetings and joining TS in general. (The exact same reason I got denied last week)
In my opinion after you will improve within the TS you'll be the optional candidate.

EDIT: I might be wrong but that's just my opinion.
