Nothing personal buddy i don't have anything against you but i feel as if you need to work on a lot of things, your maturity, the way you handle sits and more. You don't seem fit for the position at the moment. If you improve on all of these things and show the community you can be a mature and well experienced staff member i think you might be able to pull it off but for now you got a few barriers to break.
