A Super Administrator is there to manage and help the staff team. They help staff improve and handle issues caused by them towards the users. I do not believe you show the leadership qualities required of becoming a Super Admin, however I will describe several things that I do think you can improve on.
For one, you handle a lot of report abuses and appeals on the forums. That's good! It shows dedication to the servers and a basic understanding of its services. It also shows that you can discuss things with staff, as you should always aproach the staff member that punished the user when handling an appeal.
However, there is more to the Lead Team than just handling reports on the forums and anti-cheating possible hackers. You need to have some sort of presence in the SSRP meetings, often sharing both your opinion as well as just generally "being there".
You need to have a good activity on Teamspeak, to show that you're aproachable to other staff but also other Lead Team. Being in a spacer with Lead Team members is very important so that they know you're there and so that they know they can discuss things with you when they have to.
Besides that, you need show maturity and a calm presence. I don't know you very well, but from what I've heard from others you are currently lacking in that regard. Improvement is definitely needed if you want to ever get Super Admin.
TL;DR: You're doing a decent job currently, which is good. But there's a lot of room for improvement, and I hope this has helped you in some way.
Good luck!
