Ok the only reason for anyone to deny you in my opinion is your activity. The reason isn't just to show you will be active so you can help out but it is also to show us you are more than capable of following the rules before enforcing them. You said that you used to play back in 2014 but since then a lot of rules have changed. So once your activity is up and you have shown to us you have learnt the new rules I'll be willing to support you.
