Yes I know my aggression is a key factor of why I wouldn't be suit for the role. It is definitely something I prioritise on (as in a priority to tone it down).

Best of luck with improving, I know you're a really good guy and you have it in you. I had similar aggression issues a few months back, and I think self-restraint just comes with time and practice.
