Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command
-When a person mass RDM's and leaves the server to avoid punishment.
-When a person has 10+ recent punishments. (Would verbal warn them, if he gets one more punishment , i will ban him)

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I've been with TTT community for a long time now, i had resigned about 1 month ago and now i'm back ,because i recently i started to like the gamemode again and missed TTT community :^). I have quite good reputation and i am trying my best to be active.
Sorry for short application, i never been good with them
