That's because everyone disagreed with you and you failed to realize that. If anything I don't believe you have enough teamwork.

EDIT: It got to a point where even the CMs said you were wrong and you refused to think anything other than what you thought.

I believe you both have issues with teamwork at times. For example, Sora, I had to tell you how wrong you were yesterday, but you decided to ignore that in favour of your own opinion. Similarily, I had to tell Coutinroy multiple times this week how wrong he is, but he ignored that as well.

Both of you have a lot to work on to improve before becoming a Head Admin in my honest opinion.

I could've said the same thing telling you how wrong you were. The rules don't apply when you want them to apply, they always apply.

We'll discuss it on Teamspeak later. Either way, you interupted a fellow Teamspeak staff member from doing their job while it was not your place to do so. You should have come to me immediately, rather than taking care of it yourself and doing it wrongly as well.
