I think I would like to see more team work from you. I feel like you limit yourself to specific lead team members, I tried discussing something with you in which I disagreed on what you said and you failed multiple times to listen to the points I was stating because in your mind you were right and everyone else was wrong. I would like to see you improve on that before applying or getting the position.
