Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I`ve seen the community on Bhop, And overall its pretty nice. However I`ve seen the people who call me for doing my job etc etc. I love Bhop, I`d love to help out there a lot more. I see a few admins, and moderators, But not many. And some people on the server need to be sorted out.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): Well one time, there was a user who was calling me and other players, Retards, Nigg*** you know them type of words. He was also asking me and Moshy numerous times to teleport him to the finish. When we said no he replied with :You`re bullying me because I have a brother with Downsyndrome. After we muted him for racist comments, and disrespect he would then call us out for being racist. I dont know why. Anyways, He stopped after a while and it`s all good now,

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Welcome to the Zarp Bhop team! So there`s a few things you should know before you go and do your job. First as you, a Moderator will get commands like Freeze, Mute Chat, Mute Globally, Kick, Slay and Strip weapons. You must use these commands only when needed. for example If someone is making rude/racist commends in chat and wont stop after multiple warnings, Mute their chat for 5 minutes, If they proceed to do it Kick them. Kick is pretty self explanatory. Other commands like freeze will be used for different type of situations.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would give them a second chance since it`s their first ban, However If I caught them doing it again, They would have to wait longer to be unbanned due to them being in the wrong twice.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): So, I love Zarp, It`s been my favorite server since it came out. I`d love to help out on bhop since its what I enjoy doing. I would like to be a higher rank to teach new mods, help people with problems they may have on the server and overall just help out the server in general. I`ve had my fair share of the community, And overall I think they`re pretty nice. I appreciate being mod, and have no problem at all with being that rank. However I`d like to be noticed up on since I feel as not many people listen to me for some reason. I don`t see many administrators on, Which is one reason why I`d like to become one. Many people rely on admins more than moderators since they have more power over stuff. And in many situations a moderator can`t really do anything.
